Post-Summit Reflection
You were one ofone hundred
Every year we spend a thousand hours finding a hundred people. Your insights inform who we find next, what we build, and how we share the story of what happened at the Summit. Your voice matters.
You
30 secIs this your first HATCH?
The Signal
2 minDid HATCH have a positive impact on you?
Would you send someone you respect?
How likely are you to recommend HATCH to a friend or colleague?
How many #HATCHaBetterWorld collaborations are live in your head right now?*
Conversations you intend to continue. Not wishes — intentions.
How did HATCH change something for you?*
This is the one we quote. Write it to a person who has never heard of HATCH and is deciding whether to spend four days on it.
If we use it, how should we credit you?
The Experience
90 secHow valuable was each piece?
Five dots means essential — keep it exactly as it is. One means dispensable. Leave anything you didn't experience blank; a blank is more useful to us than a guess.
Travel, arrival, rooms, food, timing, the shuttle, the wifi. Be specific and be blunt — this is the part we can fix outright.
The Story
2 minWhat are you carrying out of the Summit?
Your key takeaways — an idea, a shift, a decision, a sentence someone said.
Tell us about one collision.
A specific moment with a specific person that you didn't see coming. Names welcome — we love to close the loop.
Change one thing. What, and why?
One aspect of the Summit — yours or ours. We read every one of these before we design the next one.
You've done this before. How did this one compare?
Where it went deeper, where it drifted, what you missed from previous years.
What's Next
60 secWho should be in the next hundred?
The single highest-leverage thing you can give us. One name with a real reason beats ten names without.
How do you want to be involved?
Pick anything that's true. We follow up on all of it.
Would you sponsor a seat?
A NextGen, a Groundbreaker, an artist, or an entrepreneur who couldn't otherwise be in the room.
Stay attached to the democracy, depolarization & movement-building work?
Anything else.
The thing that doesn't fit any of the questions above.
One last thing. If you meant what you wrote up there, send it. If you got interrupted halfway, come back — your draft is still here.

Thank you,friend
This goes straight to the people designing the next Summit. If you nominated someone, we start the thousand hours with them.
Keep your own copy — a year from now it's a useful thing to reread.
Stay in the room.
